Hello!
My name is Cassandra and I am 19 years old from Paris ON. I am currently at McMaster University working toward achieving my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art with an undergraduate degree in Art History. I am hoping in the future to move into a more commercialized area of art such as magazine publishing or something in that area. I have loved art all my life and have a strong background in textiles. I am very pulled to working with fiber and wood. I really enjoy sewing, quilting, knitting and anything along that line. I am really getting into working in the printmaking field where I am looking into creating pieces of art that combine wood, fiber, printmaking and some form of stitch work. I really do enjoy all areas and aspects of art and I love experimenting in new media and the studio art program at McMaster is really helping me to grow as an artist in that sense. Many themes I work in have some underlying theme of the environment as that is a passion of mine.
